Since 2022, Cory has been a part of the Creative Studio at Notion, serving as Video Lead. He has helped Notion successfully transition nearly all video production in-house, resulting in significant cost reduction without compromising quality. This role played a crucial part in aligning video goals across the entire company and creating video infrastructure for various departments, including GTM/Marketing, Lifecycle & Growth, Social + Community, Internal & External Comms, HR/Recruiting, and more. Throughout this experience, Cory had the opportunity to showcase his expertise in video strategy, live-action production, animation, and multimedia storytelling across global markets, while collaborating with an incredible team of artists and designers to find new and innovative ways to tell stories within the world of software and technology.

In 2018, Cory launched the Verge Science YouTube channel at Vox Media with a small team of three. The result was a three-year journey culminating in over 100 short-form documentaries and explainers seen by over 100 million viewers. The channel was the fastest-growing in Vox Media’s history, winning an Emmy, two Webby awards, and a Silver Telly award.
